The Consortium for Medical Marijuana Clinical Outcomes Research (the Consortium) is delighted to extend the opportunity to exhibit at its inaugural conference: the Cannabis Clinical Outcomes Research Conference (CCORC), held virtually April 8-9, 2021.

With a focus on learning and sharing latest research findings, CCORC aims to advance our understanding of the clinical effects of medical marijuana.

CCORC gathers researchers, physicians, and medical marijuana industry leaders to promote scientific exchange through the creative use of virtual spaces including an exhibit hall, keynote speakers, panel discussions, and poster sessions.

Virtual Exhibit Package – $1500

 

  • High visibility on the CCORC and Consortium website as an official sponsor of CCORC from the day you sign until one year thereafter
  • Complimentary CCORC registration for 4 organization representatives to attend all virtual sessions and networking activities
  • Customize your organization’s exhibit page with your organization name, website, logo and description as well as upload informational content including images and videos
  • Ability to distribute informational (not promotional) email message to all opted-in registrants 3 weeks prior to CCORC
  • Interact with attendees in real-time, either in a small group in your Zoom room from within your organization’s exhibit page or in a 1:1 conversation in a Zoom breakout room

Exhibitors Standard Level

  • Recognition on CCORC’s website with a link to your organization’s website starting from the day you sign and return your contract until six months after CCORC
  • Complimentary CCORC registration for 2 organization representatives to attend all virtual sessions and networking activities
  • Customize your organization’s exhibit page with your organization name, website, logo and description as well as upload informational content including images and videos
Exhibitors Base Level

Virtual Exhibit Package – $200

 

  • Recognition on CCORC’s website with your logo and link to your organization’s website starting from the day you sign and return your contract until six months after CCORC.
Virtual Exhibit Rules & Regulations

The Consortium reserves the right to accept or reject a potential exhibitor based on assessment of whether the company or organization’s products and/or services are relevant to the conference content.

Applications must be received by Friday,March 12, 2021 through the Consortium exhibitor sign up form. A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of application.

Payment in full must be received prior to the virtual conference commencement in order to guarantee exhibit space. Those who have not provided full payment will not be given access to the virtual event.

The exhibitor will share information that is congruent with the mission and goals of the Consortium. All exhibitor booth activities, literature, and handout materials must be professional in nature, provide information related to medical marijuana, and exclude information solely for marketing purposes (i.e. product coupons and discounts, biased product reviews, etc.).

The Consortium reserves the right to modify the conference’s schedule or program as necessary. The Consortium also reserves the right to cancel this conference, in which case a full refund of the registration and/or exhibit fees will be provided. Conference materials are available only to participants. Participation is limited to the paid registrant.

The Consortium reserves exclusive rights to record (audio and video) and photograph all virtual conference proceedings and exhibits for use in marketing materials, presentations and educational materials. Exclusive, written permission and licensing fee(s) is required in order to take, use, or reproduce any photography, audio or video from the exhibition or conference proceedings.
